NibMor's Non-GMO Project Verification, Brussel Sprouts and Noni Juice for Anti Aging

NibMor's Commitment to NON GMO- co-founder Heather K. Terry:
I have been working for several weeks now to certify NibMor's products with the NON GMO Project.  It has been a lot of work!  Believe me when I say, this organization is thorough. Why Non-GMO?  This was a big question for us.  If you are reading this then you probably already know that NibMor's products are 100%USDA Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and contain no refined sugars.  When something is organic, according to the USDA National Organic Program it can not be grown with genetically modified organisms.  So why go the extra step to get NibMor's product lines certified Non-GMO? 
 
The answer lies in a few key issues happening right now in the U.S.  Right now the only research about the safety of GMO's comes from organizations who are being paid by the companies using GMO's to provide studies to the general public.  80% of all conventional processed foods in the U.S contain GMO's.  80% of GMO grown food is herbacide resistant.  As a result, even more toxic chemicals need to be used to kill super weeds and super bugs created by these GMO's in the first place!  This means more chemicals in our food and thus more chemicals in our bodies and our children's bodies.  If we're already here, what will it be like for our children's children? 

GMO's are not safe- Australia, Japan and the EU have extremely strict label requirements or have completely banned them.  Yet in the U.S our government has permitted them due to the above mentioned studies and politicians who are in the pocket of big business.  Nothing like a fast buck. 

We at NibMor have chosen NON GMO Verification through the NON GMO Project to take a stand.  GMO Products should be labeled, customers need to be informed.  Stand with us, buy NON GMO Verified Products, and Organic!

Oh- I'll throw in a recipe too!  A nice easy one!
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
1lb organic brussel sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a baking dish toss brussel sprouts, oil, and salt until evenly coated.  Spread out evenly in the baking.  Bake for 40mins.  Awesome side dish!
