School is Back!
Summer may be over but school starting means smart lunching and snacking... Right?

"I came up with a
delicious and simple snack! Here at NibMor we love our palm sugar (a low
glycemic natural sweetener!). We use Palm Sugar in our delicious Drinking
Chocolate. As I was packing up my lunch this morning to bring into the
office I put my watermelon into my bag. I thought to myself how can I
make my watermelon taste better then it already does. I then saw my
ground flax seed and palm sugar and thought about mixing the two up! So
now its about lunch time and I am getting hungry. I pulled out my
watermelon and my flax-seed with palm sugar mixture. I them proceed to dip
my watermelon into the flax-seed mixture and it is very tasty! This is my
new favorite healthy treat and I wanted to share it with everyone! You
can put this mixture into your yogurt or on top of any other fruit you enjoy!
