The other morning I was inspired! For
as big of a foodie as I am there are still combo’s I see and think, ‘That can’t
be good.’. I always order it to prove myself right or mostly, wrong. Food
keeps my mind wide open Nibblers! Just when you think it can’t get more
interesting someone is making chocolate dipped kale (that’s a true story and a
recipe I will post in the future!)! My limiting belief came from seeing
almond butter paired with a pear. Just didn’t seem logical. Terri’s
juice bar on 23rd street in Manhattan was the location and their Green Power
smoothie, that I so doubted, thrilled me! Here is a slightly different
take on their creation. Enjoy!
NibMor’s I Can’t Believe It’s Green Smoothie
2 leaves of kale
1 pear, cored
1 banana
2 tbsp almond butter
Almond milk- pour enough on to cover all the other ingredients (or whatever milk alternative you like)
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp maca powder
Blend it up and serve- be prepared to swoon.

Watermelon Gone Wild Recipe
I came up with a delicious and simple snack!
Here at NibMor we love our palm sugar (a low glycemic natural
sweetener!). We use Palm Sugar in our delicious Drinking Chocolate.
As I was packing up my lunch this morning to bring into the office I put
my watermelon into my bag. I thought to myself how can I make my
watermelon taste better then it already does. I then saw my ground flax
seed and palm sugar and thought about mixing the two up! So now its about
lunch time and I am getting hungry. I pulled out my watermelon and my
flaxseed with palm sugar mixture. I then proceed to dip my watermelon
into the flaxseed mixture and it is very tasty! This is my new favorite
healthy treat and I wanted to share it with everyone! You can put this
mixture into your yogurt or on top of any other fruit you enjoy! Have a
great week!
