Looking for a perfect party recipe?! Search no further. THIS is one of my favs. Not only can you bring it as a pudding but you can also use it as a pie filing. Here's to some serious summertime partying! - hkt
- 2 ripe medium avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup NibMor Drinking Chocolate Powder (any flavor)
- 1/4 cup extra cacao powder
- 1/2 cup milk (regular or almond milk, coconut, etc.)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup seasonal berries
Blend all this yummy stuff in a high
powered blender or food processor. Dish into 6 dessert dishes and top
with berries or pour into a crust of your choice to make a pie!
Laughter & Spicy Food = BURNING CALORIES
There are many simple ways to help burn calories
and speed up your metabolism. I love spicy food so I am happy to say that
putting hot pepper on your food can help speed up your metabolism! You
only need a small amount to do so. It will also make you feel full!
Hot pepper is a great way to avoid overeating. This is also why I
