Learn what Laughter & Spicy Food have in Common

NibMor's Chocolate Avocado Pudding (or Pie filling)

Looking for a perfect party recipe?! Search no further. THIS is one of my favs. Not only can you bring it as a pudding but you can also use it as a pie filing. Here's to some serious summertime partying! - hkt


  • 2 ripe medium avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup NibMor Drinking Chocolate Powder (any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup extra cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup milk (regular or almond milk, coconut, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup seasonal berries
Blend all this yummy stuff in a high powered blender or food processor.  Dish into 6 dessert dishes and top with berries or pour into a crust of your choice to make a pie!  



Laughter & Spicy Food = BURNING CALORIES

There are many simple ways to help burn calories and speed up your metabolism.  I love spicy food so I am happy to say that putting hot pepper on your food can help speed up your metabolism!  You only need a small amount to do so.  It will also make you feel full! Hot pepper is a great way to avoid overeating.  This is also why I love NibMor’s 6 Spice Drinking Chocolate!  It has a nice kick to it so I know its working hard at speeding up my metabolism. 

Another fun fact:  Did you know that laughing can help burn calories!  Laugh more often because it will burn calories and work your abs!
