Holiday Parties and Some Tips!



Hey Nibblers!!  

Tis' the season for Holiday Parties!  But be careful, don’t over indulge on drinks & food!    There are some things you can do to prevent your self from eating too many bite sizes appetizers or drinking too much Eggnog!  I promise, the next day you will feel much better then if you were to over indulge.  Here are some pointers:



  • Eat an apple before you go to a party.  Your body won’t feel as hungry for those unhealthy finger foods!
  • Have some crudités with hummus.   This is healthy and satisfying snack to have before your party!
  • Drink lots of water to help you stay hydrated and your body will feel full.
  • Don’t skimp on eating the day of the party because once you get there you will most likely eat more then you normally would!
  • And most of all, enjoy yourself because the holidays can be stressful!
